Sweet Stampede November Blog Hop ~ Card Sketch
November never felt sooooo good! Fall has finally found its way to Oklahoma . Welcome to the latest edition of our ' Sweet Stampede Blog Hop '. We're featuring a sketch this month for our inspiration. ------------------------------------------------------------------ Sunflowers remind me of Autumn. Therefore, I chose to use the 'Love & Courage' stampset #165935 My card began with a 4-1/4" x 11" Crumb Cake card base , folded in half. Randomly stamp both the LOVE and HOPE images in Crumb Cake ink all over the card front. To create the center image, I made sure to mask the 'words' with a large post-it and then stamped the sunflower in Crushed Curry ink , sponged a little Pecan Pie ink in the center of the flower. Removed the post-it mask and stamped directly onto a scrap of Basic Beige cardstock . Repeating the masking process, this time covering the sunflower portion and a fresh post-it, I then stamped the words in Secret Sea ink . Cut ...
